34歲的孫姓空服員從米蘭飛回台灣時身體不適，9月25日飛返桃園，落地後前往林口長庚就醫，後續轉回台中中國醫藥大學急診，仍於10月10日病逝。
A 34-year-old flight attendant surnamed Sun felt unwell while flying back from Milan to Taiwan. She returned to Taoyuan on September 25th and went to Linkou Chang Gung Hospital after landing. She was later transferred to China Medical University Hospital's emergency department in Taichung but sadly passed away on October 10th.

疑似是長榮員工的網友發文揭露

I was a passenger on that flight on September 24th, flying from Milan back to Taipei, arriving in Taiwan on September 25th. 有媒體報導，該空服員曾向座艙長表示，自己到院檢查後，醫師認為可能是一種叫「史迪爾氏症」的類風濕免疫疾病，但要等正式檢查才能確診，沒想到後續住院期間，孫姓空服員的狀況就急轉直下。

今年8月，長榮航空爆發60名空服員因請育嬰留停而影響調薪爭議，桃園市空服員職業工會今天表示，長榮已通知啟動返還薪資和解協商；但工會也譴責桃園市政府屢次拖延，不開罰長榮、包庇財團。

空服員工會表示，這次範圍不僅包含空服員，更涵蓋機師、地勤與辦公室人員，受惠人數高達數百人；這也再次證明，若沒有工會與會員的集體行動，勞工連最基本的法定權益都難以獲得保障。
The flight attendants union stated that this scope includes not only flight attendants but also pilots, ground staff, and office personnel, with hundreds of people benefiting. 另外，空服員工會也嚴正譴責桃園市政府表示，超過60名空服員在2025年初陸續提出性別平等申訴，其法律性質與空服員工會常務理事林昱嘉一案完全相同，只要桃園市政府比照前案立即認定違法、依法裁罰，受害員工早已討回薪資。
